Sarjapur is a fast-developing part of Bangalore with good road connectivity to key IT cluster areas like Marathahalli, Koramangala, Whitefield, Electronic City and Outer Ring Road. Bengaluru-based IT giant like Infosys in Sarjapur to set up an IT SEZ, The Azim Premji Foundation in Sarjapur for a world-class university.

Apart from the physical infrastructure, the social infrastructure in the area is also well developed with malls, schools, hospitals, etc. in close proximity.
